I had a great experience with them. They kept me in the loop the whole time and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. There wasn’t any confusing back and forth, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was super smooth and just easy to deal with.

i mean, the engraving came out just right. The names were spelled perfectly, and I didn’t have any issues at all.

I ordered a frame for my certificate and the whole thing was smooth. It showed up right on time and was packed well, so no damage or anything. I had checked in with support and they basically said, “Yep, it’s on track and you should see it by the expected date,” which ended up being exactly right. Tracking was easy to follow too. I’d definitely order from them again.

I dropped it once and expected at least a scratch or something, but it still looks fine and feels solid. So far, no complaints...

The site works okay, but it feels clunky. I was already tired of dealing with yet another service, and trying to find my way around just made it more frustrating than it needed to be.

The sizing was close, just not exactly right. Anyway, it still worked out okay for what I needed

So... the frame looks really nice and it showed up in good condition, but for what I paid, I was expecting the quality to feel a bit better. It’s definitely not bad, I’m just not totally sure it was the best value. I’d probably consider buying again if it was on sale

I ordered a diploma frame and overall I’m really happy with it. The craftsmanship feels solid, the corners line up well, the wood feels sturdy, and the mat was cut really clean. It definitely looks “professional” once everything is put together.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a tiny rough spot on the back edge. It’s not visible at all once it’s hanging, so it’s not a big deal, but it was worth mentioning. Still, I’m happy with the frame and would order again.

The box showed up looking really nice, and my mom seemed happy with it. Definitely a solid choice for a gift...

I ordered from Framing Success and, i was a little unsure at first because frames can get damaged easily in shipping.
But it showed up in really good condition. The corners were protected, there weren’t any scratches, and nothing was rattling around in the box. I was kind of expecting at least a small issue, but everything looked perfect when I unpacked it

The print turned out okay overall. I mean, it still looked nice once I had it in my hands, but the colors were a bit darker than what I thought they’d be. Not a huge deal, and maybe it depends on the screen I was viewing it on, but I did notice it right away. I’d probably order again, just with that in mind next time...

I had to send my frame back and it was simple, simple enough that I didn’t have to stress about it. The instructions were clear, and my refund showed up faster than I thought it would.

I had a quick question before placing my order and their customer service got back to me fast. The answer was clear, no weird back-and-forth, and they didn’t make it feel like some huge thing lol. It’s nice when a company actually replies without making you wait forever. Simple stuff, but tbh that was enough for me.

I ordered a few frames the hanging hardware was better than I expected. The wire and clips were already attached neatly, and when I put them up, nothing felt wobbly or sketchy, which is always a relief because I really didn’t feel like dealing with frames sliding around or falling off the wall.
The only thing that bugged me was that one hanger showed up a little bent. Not the end of the world, but still kind of annoying because you buy something expecting it to be ready to go. I was able to bend it back by hand, so it worked out fine. Overall, I’d still give it 4 stars because the frames hang straight and the hardware does its job.

I’ll give them credit, the refund process was straightforward and they didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops. It was a bit annoying that I had to ask for a refund in the first place, and I was expecting it to maybe turn into a whole back-and-forth. But thankfully, they handled it quickly and the money came back faster than I thought, so overall I’m happy with how it was sorted.
